RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within [30] days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in same pre-purchased condition, with all original tags and labels attached, if applicable.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at CS@luvthemknives.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

After receiving a RMA authorization, place the item securely in appropriate packaging and send to the following address:
